From non-tier 5 upgrades to total pop count, we cover all the ways to get more power for your paragons, including the most efficient way to get some cheap degrees. Finally, we cover 2 scenarios that I use all the time to get a degree 20 Glaive Dominus and a degree 40 Apex Plasma Master.
